Every Keep Loading tee is printed on demand, made specifically for you when you order. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, we can arrange an exchange for the correct size at production cost price. Contact us at info@keeploading.com with your order number to request this.
What we cover:
- Misprints or production defects, printing errors, damaged fabric, or quality issues
- Wrong item received, if we shipped you something different from what you ordered
How to file a claim:
Contact us at info@keeploading.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (and packaging, if damage is shipping-related)
We'll review your claim and offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
What's not covered:
- Change of mind
- Normal wear from wash and use (see our care instructions)
Processing time:
Approved claims are typically resolved within 3-7 business days of us receiving your photos/information.
